COI has been able to impart leadership training to 152 Lay and Clergy leaders in Kashmir and Utter Pradesh through the Shalom Leadership Training school. This school is committed to encourage and mentor the upcoming leadership in North India and prepare them for the harvest. Our Goal is to train 15,000 leaders in five years to cater to the needs of North India is going well by the grace of God.
