In India the ratio of difference between women to men is decreasing day-by-day so this situation can only be solved by empowering the women.

COI has been working to empower the women of weaker section of the society, so that they can become self-reliant and become bold, through this many families have a better future in India where the place of women is degraded in some societies.

COI has established various educational centers in slums and rural settings. Where education, healthy living and moral teachings are imparted, these centers also provide counseling and takes care of their emotional needs. Which gives them a new hope

COI also operates various Tailoring, Card making and Beautician centers for women to help them become self reliant which in turn helps them to earn their livelihood and to support their families.

Self help Groups have also started in many parts of India to help women save their income in Banks to get interest and to benefit.

COI is training and helping around 200 women in Delhi to start Self Help Groups.
